Tonight: Another Round of Showers & Storms in Parts of the Area.
Low: 70 Winds: SW 4-8 mph
Saturday: Slight Chance for a Pop-Up Afternoon Storm.
High: 89 Winds: Light Var.
More rain will develop into the overnight hours. A few spotty showers are still possible by daybreak but most of the rain will fall while we sleep.
A few pop-up storms will be possible on Saturday but the bigger story will be the heat. We'll get into the upper 80s and low 90s. Sunday & Monday will hit about 90 which means some of us have the potential to see the first heat wave of 2014 (Definition: 3 consecutive days of 90+). It'll remain muggy as well meaning the "real feel" temperatures will be in the mid to upper 90s. Tuesday won't be quite as hot but it'll still be uncomfortable.
By Wednesday evening the next round of rain will arrive and so will slightly cooler air. Early showers & storms on Thursday then a little more comfortable into the afternoon.
