Cold air will be rushing into the area tonight. This will push our temperatures below freezing and turning the rain to a mix then to some flurries. The ground is much to warm for the snow to accumulate, but we could see a few flakes lingering early tomorrow on elevated surfaces.
Because of these cold temperatures a FREEZE WARNING is in effect for the entire area from 2AM until 10AM Saturday morning. Temps will again fall below freezing Saturday night into early Sunday. Because of this a FREEZE WATCH has been issued for the entire area from midnight until 10AM Sunday morning.
Skies will slowly clear into the end of the weekend, but it will remain cold with highs in the 40's. Temps will slowly climb much closer to normal through the work week.
